Shipping & Returns

We can shipping to worldwide.

1. All orders will be shipped from our UK, Europe, USA or HONG KONG international stores at the same day if order before PM 15:00. The shipping ways have many optional: Royal Mail, UPS, USPS Global Priority Mail, DHL, FEDEX, Sweden Post and more. If you want to use other shipping method, please feel free to contact us, Email: [email protected].

2. Items are generally shipped out at the same day when order placed before PM 15:00, or the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded). In general, it may take about 5 – 20 business days for delivery.

 

3. We can ship our orders to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, United States.


4. When i can receive my items?

  • UK 7~15 days (Royalmail)
  • Ireland and EU 10~14 days (Royalmail-->Local Mail System)
  • USA 7~15 days (Air Parcel--->USPS )
  • Other Countries < 15 days. (Air Parcel--->Local Mail System )

 

5. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. The address can be your home, your place of business, your travelling aim place, or another residence address and all of the packages can be tracked.

Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, email to us for assistance. If your order has not shipped out we will be able to cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of our Return Policy.(Please refer to “Returns” for detailed information.)

Postage Rates
Our postage rates include the expense of shipping, handling and high quality packaging, which are charged based on shipment weight, delivery destination and retail value of order. You can place your order easily, our shopping cart will display the shipping fee automaticly.

Returns

Non-defective product(s)

Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s). Having a RMA number from us is necessary and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.

Defective product(s)

All our products have a one-year warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned a year since the date of purchase. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting a RMA number. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days since the issue date of RMA. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will not be refunded.
It is not acceptable to bring the defective item for exchange in person.
RMA Procedure

After receiving the products from us, please keep the package and enclosed documents properly. It is because they are all necessary to provide if you return defective product(s) in the future.
Call or email our customer service department for a RMA number. It would be appreciated if you can provide your name, email address, phone and invoice. We will issue a RMA number to you by email.
Repack the original package with everything received, including enclosed documents. Missing of any original components may incur a refusal of exchange or refund from us.
Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of package and send it back to us. We will not be responsible for any consequence caused if customers do not mark the RMA as requested. Please note that you should be responsible for the loss of shipment. You can insure the package to reduce potential loss that you may suffer.
